Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Provider

Lunary Agency, digitalni marketing in spletne storitve, Žana Žižek s.p., Sv. Ana v Slov. goricah 3, 2233 Sv. Ana v Slov. goricah, Slovenia. Registration number: 9125744000. VAT number: SI40529037. Email: info@lunary-agency.com. These terms apply to digital marketing, design, website and related services, unless a written offer or contract says otherwise.

2. Website information

Information on this website is not a binding offer. A free consultation creates no obligation for either party.

3. Contract

A contract is concluded when you accept our written offer in writing, including by email. The offer sets out the scope, price, deadlines and payment terms. If the offer and these terms differ, the offer applies.

4. Your cooperation

You provide the materials, access and approvals needed for the work on time, and confirm that you may use the materials you give us. Delays on your side may move deadlines.

5. Prices and payment

Prices and payment deadlines are stated in the offer. VAT is charged in line with applicable law.

6. Results

We carry out our work with professional care. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee particular rankings, sales, leads or other business results, because they also depend on factors outside our control. Third-party platforms and their fees are subject to their own terms.

7. Consumers

If you are a consumer and conclude a contract at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to info@lunary-agency.com. If you expressly ask us to start during this period, you pay for the part already performed if you withdraw. You lose this right once the service is fully performed, if you agreed to that beforehand. Your mandatory consumer rights, including those of your country of residence, remain unaffected.

8. Complaints and liability

Send complaints to info@lunary-agency.com. We acknowledge them within 5 working days. For business clients, liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned, except for intent or gross negligence. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.

9. Rights to work

Rights to final work are transferred as stated in the offer, once it has been paid in full, unless agreed otherwise.

10. Personal data

See our Privacy Policy.

11. Disputes

Slovenian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. We try to resolve disputes by agreement. We do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent. Disputes with business clients are resolved by the competent court in Slovenia.
