2. What we process and why
- Enquiries and consultation requests: name, email, phone number if you give it, website, your message and the business details you enter in our forms. We use them to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- SEO checklist and email marketing: name, email and website, sent only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Client work: contact, billing and project data needed to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Website security and operation: IP address and technical log data (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See our Cookie Policy.
3. Who receives your data
We use these service providers: NEOSERV (website hosting), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, fonts), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), MailerLite (email marketing), and Wordfence and MalCare (website security). Contractors who help with client projects receive data only when needed and under confidentiality. We share data with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Contract and accounting records: for the periods required by law, generally up to 10 years.
- Email marketing: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
